Short Term Medical:
Short Term Medical plans provide temporary coverage for injuries and sudden illnesses. The InterM plan offered by Regence Life and Health (A subsidiary of Regence BlueCross BlueShield) can protect you and your family for anywhere between 30-185 days until a more permanent type of coverage becomes available. This policy is designed to provide coverage for major hospital, medical and surgical expenses incurred as a result of a covered accident or sickness. This policy offers deductible options of $250, $500, $1,000 or $2,500. After the deductible has been satisfied, the policy pays the rate of payment you have selected - either 80%or 50% of the next $5,000 - and then 100% of the balance of covered expenses up to a maximum of $1,000,000 during the policy term. Medicare Supplements:
A Medicare Supplement (Medigap) policy is a private insurance that supplements, or helps pay for some of the costs that Medicare doesn't pay for. We offer Medicare Supplement policies through BlueCross BlueShield of Utah and Mutual of Omaha. There are many different plans available that offer a different set of benefits with varying prices. Medicare Advantage:
Medicare Advantage is an option to traditional Medicare with a Medicare Supplement. We offer Medicare Advantage PPO plans from the following companies: BlueCross BlueShield of Utah, Humana, Altius Advantra, and AARP Medicare Complete by Secure Horizons. Anyone who resides in the plan's service area (Salt Lake County, Utah County, Davis County, Summit County, Weber County, Box Elder County, Cache County, Rich County, Morgan County, Wasatch County, Tooele County, Duchesne County, Daggett County, Uintah County, Iron County and Washington County) and who has Medicare Parts A and B may apply. Medicare Advantage offers benefits at the doctor and dentist from an extensive PPO network. . Long Term Care:
Long Term Care insurance is designed to help reduce the burden a long term illness can have on a family.
